Privacy policy

§.1 General Provisions

The data administrator is JAKAR with its seat in Poland. The data protection is conducted in compliance with the requirements of the generally applicable regulations of law and storage thereof is held on protected servers.

For the needs of better understanding of the Privacy Policy the term ‘User’ was partly substituted by the term ‘You’ and ‘Administrator’ – ‘We’. The term ‘GDPR’ means the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on repealing the directive 95/46/WE.
We respect the right to privacy and we care about data security. For this purpose, among others safe protocol of communication encryption (SSL) is used.
Personal data provided in the form on the landing page is treated as confidential and it is not visible to unauthorized persons.

§2. Data Administrator

The service provider is the data administrator of their clients. This means that if you have an Account on our web site, we are processing your data such as: first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number and IP address.
The service provider is also the administrator of persons subscribed to (for example) a newsletter.

Personal data is processed:
a. in compliance with the regulations on the protection of personal data,
b. in compliance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
c. within the scope of and for the purpose of concluding, establishing the content of the Agreement, changing or terminating it and correct performance of Services provided electronically,
d. within the scope and for the purpose necessary to fulfil justified interests (legitimate purposes) and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject:

within the scope and for the purpose consistent with the consent expressed by you if (for example) you subscribed to the newsletter.

Each data subject (if we are an administrator) has the right of access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to file a complaint to the supervisory organ.

We reserve the right to process your data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only in the event of need to seek possible claims before the court or if national or EU regulations or international law make us obliged to retain data.
The Service Provider has the right to make personal data of the User and other data thereof available to entities authorized under the applicable regulations (e.g. enforcement agencies).
The removal of personal data may occur as a result of the withdrawal of consent or filing a legally admissible objection to processing of personal data.
The Service Provider does not make personal data available to any entities other than authorized under the applicable law.
We have implemented pseudonymization, data encryption and we have introduced access control, thanks to which we minimize the effects of possible data security breaches.
Personal data is being processed exclusively by persons authorized by us or the Processors, with whom we cooperate closely.

§3. Cookie files

17. The JAKAR website uses cookie files. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the software of a computer browser. When the browser reconnects with the site, the site recognizes the type of device from which the user connects. Parameters allow to read information included in them only to the server that created them. Cookie files therefore make it easier to use previously visited websites.

The information collected relates to the IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, internet service provider, time and date information, location and information sent to the website via the contact form.

18. The data collected is used to monitor and determine how users use our websites in order to improve the functioning of the service by providing a more efficient and problem-free navigation. We monitor information on the users applying Google Analytics, which records the user’s behaviour on the website.

Cookie files identify the user, which allows the content of the website they use be adapted to their needs. By remembering his preferences, it allows to match ads addressed to them. We use cookie files to ensure the highest standard of convenience of our service, and the data collected is used only within the JAKAR company to optimize operations.

19. On our website we use the following cookie files:

a) ‘indispensable’ – the cookie files which allow to use the services available on the website, e.g. certifying the cookie files used for providing the services involving the certification within the website;

b) the cookie files used for providing the safety, e.g. used for detection of abuses within the scope of the website’s certification;

c) ‘related to efficiency’ – the cookie files which allow to collect information about the manner in which the Users use the websites;

d) ‘functional’ – the cookie files which allow to ‘save’ the settings selected by the user and to personalize the user’s interface, e.g. within the scope of the selected language or the user’s country of origin, the font size, the website’s appearance etc.;

20. The User at any time has the ability to disable or restore the option of collecting cookie files by changing the settings in the web browser. Instructions for managing cookie files are available on the website:

Additional personal data, such as an e-mail address, is collected only in places where the user completing the form expressly agreed to this. The above data is retained and used only for the needs necessary to perform a given function.
